These Terms govern your use of the World Baseball Pathways website, memberships, digital products, webinars, and consultations. This is a business draft and is being reviewed by counsel before final publication. The legal business identity of the operator will be confirmed before publication.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a membership or product, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of World Baseball Pathways Services
World Baseball Pathways provides information, education, country-specific resources, networking, player promotion, and guidance related to international baseball.
World Baseball Pathways is not a sports agency, talent agency, legal representative, or immigration service.
3. Membership Plans and Benefits
• Access — $150 every three months: all live informational Zoom calls, recordings of eligible past webinars, three country guides of your choosing, and five relevant club email contacts per billing cycle. Selected guides cannot be exchanged during the membership period.
• Plus — $225 every three months: all live informational Zoom calls, full access to available country guides, webinar recordings, ten relevant club email contacts per billing cycle, and one Roadmap to Playing Overseas consultation per billing cycle.
• Elite — $375 every three months: all Plus benefits with fifteen club email contacts per billing cycle, Instagram player promotion, entry into the private player network, priority consideration for international club referrals, exclusive Elite resources, and a 20% discount on eligible additional services and offerings.
Unused contacts and consultations do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
4. Billing and Automatic Renewal
All memberships are billed every three months.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for your plan unless canceled before the next renewal date.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel future automatic renewal at any time from your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep your membership benefits through the end of that paid period, subject to these Terms.
Cancellation does not provide a prorated refund for unused time during the current billing period.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Individual Digital Products and Webinars
Individual country guide purchases are final once the digital product has been delivered or access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Purchased guides remain available in your account.
Individual webinar purchases are generally nonrefundable if you are unable to attend, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If World Baseball Pathways cancels a paid event or cannot deliver a purchased service, you will be offered a refund or rescheduling as applicable.
7. Consultation Booking Policies
Plus and Elite members receive one included Roadmap to Playing Overseas consultation per three-month billing cycle. Included consultations reset only when the next paid billing cycle begins.
Access members and nonmembers may purchase a standalone 30-minute consultation for $50.
Please attend at your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
8. No Guarantee of Placement
World Baseball Pathways does not guarantee a contract, roster spot, tryout, placement, employment, compensation, scholarship, or response from any club. Priority referral consideration and club contacts do not guarantee interest from a club.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use club contacts professionally and respectfully, and not share, resell, or redistribute member content, contacts, or guides.
10. Intellectual Property
All guides, recordings, resources, and website content belong to World Baseball Pathways and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
11. Account Access and Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Baseball Pathways is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including decisions made about playing overseas, travel, or dealings with third-party clubs.
