This policy describes the personal information practices of World Baseball Pathways, operated by World Baseball Pathways LLC.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how World Baseball Pathways LLC, doing business as World Baseball Pathways ("WBP"), may collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with its website, forms, memberships, consultations, webinars, digital resources, communications, and related services.

2. Information We May Collect

• Baseball and profile information, such as age, position, playing history, level, statistics, measurables, videos, availability, passport/nationality information, and stated goals.

• Membership and transaction information, such as product purchased, membership tier, purchase date, renewal status, transaction identifiers, and payment status. Payment-card information is generally processed by the applicable payment processor rather than stored directly by WBP.

• Communications and service information, including form submissions, consultation notes, support requests, webinar registrations, club-outreach preferences, and other information voluntarily provided to WBP.

• Technical information reasonably generated through use of the website or online services, such as device/browser information, logs, cookies, and similar analytics information where enabled.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide memberships, consultations, webinars, country guides, club-contact resources, and other requested services.

• Create and manage customer accounts, access rights, purchases, membership status, and service entitlements.

• Communicate about purchases, renewals, scheduled calls, webinars, reminders, resources, support, and service updates.

• Match or evaluate customer interests against relevant baseball markets, clubs, contacts, or informational resources where that is part of the service.

• Operate, secure, improve, analyze, and administer WBP's website and business.

• Maintain business, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records and comply with applicable obligations.

4. How Information May Be Shared

website/database providers, email and scheduling providers, video-conferencing services, analytics providers, accountants, legal advisers, and similar vendors. Where a customer asks WBP to assist with outreach, promotion, networking, or consideration for an opportunity, relevant baseball/profile information may be shared with clubs, coaches, organizations, or other contacts for that purpose. WBP may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction.

5. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. WBP may receive transaction status, customer identifiers, payment method type, billing information, and related records needed to administer purchases and memberships, while the processor handles sensitive payment credentials under its own privacy and security practices.

6. International Activity

Because WBP focuses on international baseball, information may be communicated to or accessed by clubs, coaches, service providers, or other recipients in countries outside the customer's home jurisdiction when necessary for a requested service. Privacy protections may differ by country. WBP will use personal information only for legitimate business purposes and requested services, subject to applicable law.

7. Data Retention

WBP may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal or tax obligations, and preserve legitimate business records. Retention periods may vary by category of information.

8. Security

WBP uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the size and nature of the business to protect information. No online system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, and customers should use appropriate care when sharing sensitive information.

9. Choices and Requests

Customers may contact WBP to request correction of inaccurate account information, ask questions about personal information, or make other privacy requests available under applicable law. WBP may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where legally or operationally required.

10. Minors

WBP services are not intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If services are offered to a minor athlete, WBP may require involvement or consent from a parent or legal guardian as appropriate. Customers should not submit another person's sensitive information without appropriate authority.
