This policy applies to purchases from World Baseball Pathways, operated by World Baseball Pathways LLC.
Summary: Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. A member may cancel future renewal at any time during the current paid term, but the current three-month term remains paid and active through its expiration.
1. All Sales Are Final
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all payments made to World Baseball Pathways ("WBP"), operated by World Baseball Pathways LLC, are final and non-refundable. This includes membership payments, renewals, consultations, webinars, country guides, digital resources, and other paid WBP services.
2. Three-Month Membership Commitment
Access, Plus, and Elite memberships are purchased in three-month terms. Once a three-month membership term has been paid, the customer is committed for that paid term. WBP does not provide prorated refunds, partial refunds, early-termination refunds, or credits for unused time during the current three-month term, except where required by law.
3. Canceling Future Renewal
A member may cancel automatic renewal during the current three-month term. Cancellation stops the membership from being billed for the next three-month cycle. It does not reverse the current payment and does not end the current paid term early. The member may continue to use the membership through the end of the already-paid term, subject to the Terms of Service and Membership Agreement.
4. Example
If a member begins a three-month membership and cancels renewal one month later, the member will not receive a refund for the remaining two months. The membership remains active through the end of the paid three-month term, and the member will not be charged for another three-month term after that date.
5. One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases, including individual webinars, private consultations, country guides, and other digital or informational services, are non-refundable once purchased, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Failure to use, attend, schedule, download, or access a purchased service or resource does not by itself create a right to a refund.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
chargeback does not alter these terms. WBP may provide the payment processor with purchase records, acceptance records, access records, communications, and the applicable policies in response to a dispute.
7. Cancellation Method
Members may use the cancellation method made available through WBP's membership or billing system, or another method WBP designates. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date. Customers are responsible for confirming that cancellation was successfully submitted.
