About WBP
Our story
Built from firsthand experience playing baseball overseas.
World Baseball Pathways was founded from firsthand experience playing baseball overseas.
After traveling to France to continue playing the game, our founder experienced a side of baseball that many players never realize exists. Beyond the traditional routes in the United States, there are clubs, leagues, communities, and opportunities across the world where players can continue competing and experiencing the game they love.
That experience also revealed a major problem: information about international baseball opportunities can be difficult to find.
Many talented players finish their college careers or leave professional baseball without knowing that opportunities to continue playing may exist overseas. Others simply do not know where to begin, which countries to explore, or how to connect with international organizations.
World Baseball Pathways was created to help bridge that gap.
Our mission is to make international baseball more accessible by providing reliable information, country-specific resources, meaningful connections, and guidance for players interested in continuing their careers abroad.
We believe baseball is a global game, and more players deserve the opportunity to discover just how far it can take them.
Our Vision
To build a global baseball network that helps players explore opportunities beyond borders while supporting the continued growth of baseball internationally.
